Our Faculty (over 100 professionals) enjoyed a vibrant, entertaining, and enriching session with Dr. Keith Jeffery.  Keith is articulate, passionate, and knowledgeable.  His presentation is fun and creative and was very well received by the Student Services Faculty and staff.  Our time together was extremely valuable and the feedback has been very positive.  The three-hour session was full of good ideas, stimulating activity, and motivational thought.  The "4 Minute Fitness" concept is a unique and masterful blend of activity which was well received by our group.

Keith delivers.  His presentation actually shows you new ways to move that strengthen, create flexibility, whilst improving your breathing.  This system is engaging and easy to participate in.  I was worried some staff might be reluctant but that was definitely not the case.  Everyone joined in and benefited from this positive "mind-body" experience.  I would highly recommend this professional development session to any group interested in promoting innovative health and wellness.  Wow!

As a person who has always participated in and enjoyed fitness and sports, I've found that my ageing body does not always appreciate the specificity of the muscular activity required by the sport.  The 4 Minute Fitness Program is a perfect adjunct to the other things I do as it very efficiently uses all parts of my body and gives the benefits of deep breathing.  I have committed myself to making this a regular part of my daily routine.

I would highly recommend this program and will be looking for opportunities to bring it into our School District.
