I feel *really*
good and very energized! Being familiar with Tai Chi, I've been
breathing from the diaphragm for a while now, so I was already used to that
part, but when you
combine breathing with the exercises it really is magic! I have had
back problems in the past and have been seeing a chiropractor for some time,
after doing the exercises (especially the next to last one) my back feels as
good as after she adjusts me!
I purchased "The Works" at the

I've learned the Infinite Nine, and I'm slowly adding some of the Tai Chi
Core movements to my practice. I've lost 28 lbs., stabilized my blood sugar

minute fitness!! It's so much easier to fit into my schedule and so much
easier to learn. I don't always do all of the exercises at one time,
but I try to fit in all five of them at some point during my day, always
followed by silent yes-yes-yes-ing: If I'm getting the 3pm-blahs at work I
take a bathroom break and run through a couple of exercises in the bathroom
- this has
increased my productivity dramatically, and I find that I need much less
coffee during my work day!
