Hands on, interactive and fun session that deals with physical and mental wellness and vitality. Mind-body wellness through movement and motivation.

Afternoon - Three Sessions

Begin with a review the 4 Minute Movements

PM - Session 1

Krisanna - Emotional Freedom Technique

This new, easy to learn technique from the field of Energetic Psychology can often create instant change.

This session is interactive, unique and very interesting. And most importantly, it’s a lot of fun.

And it opens new doors to dealing with fear, stress, phobias, insecurities etc.

PM - Session 2

Keith - Dietary Survival for Busy People

If 60 trillion cells are not nourished, physical stress and exhaustion result, followed by illness and dramatically reduced function. As well, certain foods can create unnecessary mental stress.

This session takes a different look at ways to eat, and offers simple strategies (no calorie counting) to nourish our bodies and control weight.

There will be time for brainstorming and interaction.

PM - Session 3

Krisanna - Guided Imagery and Self Hypnosis Session to Find Deep Relaxation

We will work with the hard-wired facts of Ultradian Healing rhythms and daily energy fluctuations, followed by a participant involvement guided meditation.

Participants usually find a deep place of well-deserved relaxation. A terrific way to end the day.

Finish with music and 4 Minute Fitness
